All job titles listed below run a Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm shift in season (March through November.) Monday through Friday 7:30 to 4:00 in the off-season.
Parts clerk
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls for retail parts sales. Formulate and process sales orders for parts. Purchase parts from vendors through the Purchase Order system and ship them to retail customers. Follow up on phone calls, parts orders, returns, and shipments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Explain customers’ needs to staff to ensure proper mower maintenance is performed as needed. Schedule appointments, process orders, monitor delivery, and handle customer complaints. As well as field phone calls from customers regarding their service.
