All job titles listed below are scheduled Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 5:00PM shift in season (March through November.) Monday through Friday 7:30AM to 4:00PM in the off-season. Pay is weekly and includes overtime per your schedule.
Parts clerk
Responsibilities:
Handle in person, phone calls, emails, and texts for retail parts sales. Formulate and process sales orders for parts. Purchase parts from vendors through the Purchase Order system and ship them to retail customers. Follow up on phone calls, parts orders, returns, and shipments.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong communication and organizational skills – Basic mechanical understanding – Customer-focused attitude
Nice to Have:
Bachelors degree, experience in service roles with successful communication and collaboration. Understanding of small engines parts and service.

service writer
Role Overview:
The Service Writer is the primary point of contact between customers and our service team. This role coordinates service intake, writes accurate work orders, communicates repair status, and helps keep our commercial equipment shop running efficiently. A successful Service Writer ensures clear communication, smooth workflow, and minimal downtime for landscapers and municipal crews.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email or text message for service intake. Write clear, accurate work orders for commercial turf and small-engine equipment.
Gather equipment details (brand, model, serial number, symptoms). Communicate repair status, timelines, and estimates to customers.
Coordinate work flow between technicians and Parts as well as customers and manufacturers.
Assist with warranty submissions and fulfillments by learning the processes and being proactive in getting the information needed to complete the warranty. Communicating with the owner and technicians when additional information is needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude that looks for solutions and is ready to help
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment
Basic mechanical understanding (small engines, mowers, or equipment preferred)
Comfortable using computers and service management systems
Nice to Have:
Experience as a service writer, advisor, or coordinator. Background in small engines, automotive, or equipment service. Familiarity with commercial turf or landscape equipment. Experience submitting warranties and filling out detailed forms with technical information.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
Customers feel informed and confident throughout the repair process. Technicians receive clear, complete work orders. Equipment moves efficiently through the shop with minimal delays. Communication is proactive, professional, and accurate.

Outdoor Power Equipment technician
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial turf and landscape equipment – Perform preventative maintenance and inspections – Use OEM service manuals and diagnostic tools – Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
Required Skills & Experience:
Mechanical aptitude (experience preferred, not required) – Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet – Valid driver’s license – Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Nice to Have:
Small engine, diesel, or automotive experience – Knowledge of hydraulics or electrical systems – Commercial mower experience (Scag, Walker, Echo, Redmax)
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
A successful Service Technician diagnoses and repairs commercial turf equipment accurately and efficiently, keeping customers productive and minimizing downtime—especially during peak season.
